About Lorraine
A Safe Space to Be Exactly Who You Are
My name is Sara Lorraine.
I am a young woman in the best years of my life — not because my journey has been easy, but because it has shaped me into who I am today.

I have walked through pain, loneliness, confusion, depression, heartbreak, marriage, motherhood, love, and gratitude. Yet, mysteriously, I rose — because “the one who is in me is greater than the one who is in the world.” — 1 John 4:4

My Background
I have worked as an authority case worker for over 10 years, helping people in crisis:
-
Lonely individuals
-
Parents and single parents
-
People struggling with relationships
-
Individuals facing financial and emotional pressure
-
People navigating separation, loss, or identity confusion
I didn’t plan to become good at listening — life placed me there.
What I Learned From Listening
Through thousands of real human conversations, I learned:
-
Loneliness is not about being alone — it’s a state of mind.
-
Choice isn’t simple — it’s survival, loyalty, fear, timing, money, and love all at once.
-
Vulnerability is terrifying — asking for help feels like failure.
-
Advice does not mean solution — most people already know what they have to do, but don’t trust themselves enough.
-
The most powerful sentence is not “I can fix it,” but “I hear you.”
